Each student will be given 24 hours of classroom instruction and 6 hours of road instruction, which prepares him or her for the basic skills for the road.
- $85 deposit required for Segment 1 registration
- Payment options:
- Check - Please make check payable to On The Move Driving School and mail to the address seen at the top of page.
- Credit - Stop by our location to pay by credit card.
- Cash - Stop by our location to pay with cash.
- Balance is due at the beginning of the third week.
Requirements to Register:
- Students must be 14 years and 8 months old (First day of class).
- Student must bring a copy of their Birth Certificate on the first day of class.
- Contract must be signed by both student and parent / guardian, which certifies that student does not have any physical handicaps that will interfere with driving the automobile; the vision of the student must be 20 / 40 corrected; and in the past 6 months, there has not been any fainting spell, blackout, seizure or other loss of consciousness.
Notice: This school is required to be licensed by the Michigan Department of State, Program Operations Division. If you have a complaint that you cannot settle with this school, write: Michigan Department of State, Program Operations Division, P.O. Box 30163, Lansing, Michigan 48909-7663. Completion of driver training instruction does not guarantee qualification for a driver license. Student must pass a 100-question state-required written examination with no less than 80% correct.
